After an item has been delivered and reviewed, if you see that it is not the necessitated product, you can return the item to AirCompressorServices.com. Our return policy is below, and we ask that you take the time to review it in its entirety. If additional assistance is required, or if you have questions or concerns regarding the product, do not hesitate to call and speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives.
Returns Due to Our Mistake If we have made an error in the implementation of your order, and you wish to return it, we ask that you complete and submit via email a Request for Return form or call us directly at 1-877-731-6698. One of Customer Service Representatives will gladly assist, through provision of the return shipping address, freight account, and RMA number. If you seek to exchange an incorrect product, the exchanged product will be delivered as efficiently as possible. Otherwise, we will ensure that you receive a full credit for the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Parts If upon delivery you find that your order has been damaged en route, bring this to the attention of the delivery person immediately. Ensure that they take note of it on the delivery bill. Once items have been thoroughly examined, if you wish to replace them, we ask that you submit a Request for Return form or call us directly at 1-877-731-6698. If the product is impaired, but the packaging is damaged, alert us immediately. If you are able, photograph the damages; include this photograph with the Request for Repair form, or email us at email@example.com. Replacements will be processed and delivered as efficiently as possible, at no additional cost to you. If the situation is not fully resolved with the replacement parts, we will cover the return freight costs. Additionally, you will receive full credit for the original purchase amount. A Customer Service Representative will provide you with the return shipping address, freight account, and RMA number, ensuring that you can easily return all damaged or defective parts.
Should you wish to return a product for a reason not previously listed, a Request for Return must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the order. If you are returning an item, a restocking fee of at least 25% of the total will be incurred. If the item is not commonly carried, the restocking fee will reflect that of the original manufacturer. Note: Compressor oil and lubricant sales are final and we do not offer a return. Custom ordered, OEM, and some electronic parts/equipment are not always returnable. Contact us with any questions regarding our warranty and return policies. Our Customer Service Representatives will guide you through the process of submitting a warranty claim or Request for Return.
Understand that an order cannot be cancelled following its shipment. If you decline shipment of an order, the procedure will follow the guidelines of our standard return policy.
To Return An Item:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org a request for return including your order number, part number, quantity and reason for return. If approved, an RMA number, return shipping address, and restocking fee percentage if applicable will be provided. A return must be adequately marked with an RMA number. If it is not, a delay in processing is possible. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address we provided. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. This number will allow us to track your order, should it encounter any problem during its transit. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or credit the credit card used for the original purchase.
