Recommended Maintenance Intervals
Rotary Screw Compressors (Stationary & Portable)
- Change oil: Every 4,000–8,000 hours or once a year
- Change oil filter: Every 2,000 hours
- Change air filter: Every 2,000 hours
- Change separator: Every 4,000 hours
Air-Cooled Reciprocating Compressors
- Change oil: Once a year
- Change oil filter: Quarterly or every 6 months
- Change air filter: Quarterly or every 6 months
- Note: Recips do not have separators
