Step-by-Step Oil Change Process

1. Shut Down and Depressurize
Turn off the compressor, lock out power, and fully depressurize the system before starting.
2. Drain the Old Oil
Open the drain valve on the oil circuit and let the oil completely drain into a suitable container. Dispose of used oil according to local environmental regulations.
3. Replace the Oil Filter
Remove the old oil filter and install a new one. Lightly lubricate the gasket on the new filter before installing to ensure a proper seal.
4. Refill with Roto Xtend Duty Fluid

Replacing the Air/Oil Separator
