Inside Sales Representative


Greenville, SC (ACS Headquarters)

Position Summary 

Because of the growth we experienced during the last year, we are looking to expand our Sales organization by adding an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for initiating and completing the sales process with new and existing accounts at ACS. Primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, executing sales orders, scheduling follow up calls, responding to email inquiries, contacting vendors, and offering solutions to customer issues as it relates to part sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Creating awareness and demand for the company products and services 
  • Identifying potential opportunities and effectively communicating benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests
  • Follow Sales Process outlined in our Sales Playbook
  • Answering incoming sales calls
  • Following up on warm sales leads
  • Following up with customer base
  • Connecting with vendors to offer updated price and availability
  • Researching manuals to find and offer solutions to customer needs
  • Updating customer information and relevant company details
  • Upselling accounts based on customer needs and discovered opportunities
  • Qualifying customers for service opportunities
  • Meet with management team to review and develop sales strategies

      Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

      • Minimum of one year experience in a sales role
      • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
      • Proficient with computer programs, CRM, and typing
      • Proficient with Google workspace
      • Ability to work independently with little supervision
      • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
      • Attention to detail with exceptional level of accuracy
      • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment with deadline pressures
      • Demonstrated ability in dealing directly with clients

      Pay Details:

      Pay includes base salary (determined on experience) + Commission + Incentives + Benefits.
