Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary

We’re building out our Inside Sales Team, and we’re looking for experienced, motivated pros who know how to sell—but even more importantly, know how to show up for their team.

As an Inside Sales Rep at ACS, you’ll be on the front lines—answering customer calls, closing deals, following up on leads, working with vendors, and offering real solutions (not just sales pitches). You’ll help existing customers get what they need and introduce new customers to a company that actually follows through. If you're sharp, driven, and allergic to mediocrity, you'll feel right at home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Creating awareness and demand for the company products and services 
  • Identifying potential opportunities and effectively communicating benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests
  • Follow Sales Process outlined in our Sales Playbook
  • Answering incoming sales calls
  • Proactively making outbound calls to existing customer base
  • Building trust and relationships with customers
  • Following up on warm sales leads
  • Following up with customer base
  • Connecting with vendors to offer updated price and availability
  • Researching manuals to find and offer solutions to customer needs
  • Updating customer information and relevant company details
  • Upselling accounts based on customer needs and discovered opportunities
  • Qualifying customers for service opportunities
  • Meet with management team to review and develop sales strategies

      Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

      • Minimum of one year experience in a sales role
      • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
      • Proficient with computer programs, CRM, and typing
      • Proficient with Google workspace
      • Ability to work independently with little supervision
      • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
      • Attention to detail with exceptional level of accuracy
      • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment with deadline pressures
      • Demonstrated ability in dealing directly with clients

      Pay Details:

      Pay includes base salary (determined on experience) + Commission + Incentives + Benefits.
