ACS is a direct dealer of Boge air-oil separators. Your Boge air compressor system draws ambient air into the air end where two rotors quickly spin to compress the air. These rotors are constantly lubricated to ensure they continue to spin as designed. This process produces a combination of compressed air and oil mist which is transferred to the separator and sump tank where the oil mist is removed through filtration, leaving you with the pure air you desire.
Boge compressor air-oil separators are an integral part of the compressed air system and remove the oil mist in the sump allowing it to cycle back to the air end to maintain lubrication. Boge compressors use both styles of separators, including drop-in separator cartridges and spin-on separators. ACS supplies both styles for all models of Boge compressors, including popular separators such as 575106302P, Qwik-Pure 100, and Qwik-Pure 350.
Our oil separators are rated for 4,000 hours of use or up to a differential pressure of 7-8 psi. When you start seeing oil down line in your compressed air system the most likely issue is a clogged or collapsed separator. Our replacement Boge drop-in separators come with the flange gaskets installed, which include grounding staples preventing a static electric fire. The cartridge and spin-on type oil separators will be accompanied with the necessary o-rings and or gaskets for your filter change.
