Sales Operations Specialist
Location:
Greenville, SC (ACS Headquarters)
Position Summary
We’ve grown fast. Like, blink-and-you-missed-it fast. And now we need a Sales Operations Specialist to help us keep this rocket ship flying straight. This isn’t a clipboard job or some passive “support” gig. You’ll be the systems wizard behind the curtain—keeping our CRM spotless, streamlining sales processes, tweaking tools, and generally making life easier (and faster) for the entire sales team. You’ll report to our VP of Revenue Operations, who’s less about fancy titles and more about rolling up sleeves and making things better. If you’re into solving problems, improving systems, and turning chaos into clarity, you’ll fit right in.
If you’ve got sharp eyes, a curious brain, and a habit of fixing things that “kinda work” until they work brilliantly, you’ll crush it here. The difference between a good hire and a great one? One wants to get through the checklist. The other wants to make someone’s day easier—and then automate the checklist entirely.
