ACS is a leading manufacturer and supplier of replacement Kaeser air-oil separators. Your Kaeser air compressor system draws ambient air into the air end where two rotors quickly spin to compress the air. These rotors are constantly lubricated to ensure they continue to spin as designed. This process produces a combination of compressed air and oil mist which is transferred to the separator and sump tank where the oil mist is removed through filtration, leaving you with the pure air you desire. A scavenge line then transfers this separated oil back to the air end where it is injected onto the rotors to repeat the process.
Kaeser replacement compressor air-oil separators are an integral part of the compressed air system and remove the oil mist in the sump allowing it to cycle back to the air end to maintain lubrication. Kaeser compressors use both styles of separators, including drop-in separator cartridges and spin-on separators. ACS supplies both styles for all models of Kaeser compressors, including popular separators such as 6.3669.0, 6.3571.0, and 6.3789.0.
Our oil separators are rated for 4,000 hours of use or up to a differential pressure of 7-8 psi. When you start seeing oil down line in your compressed air system the most likely issue is a clogged or collapsed separator. Our replacement Kaeser drop-in separators come with the flange gaskets installed, which include grounding staples preventing a static electric fire. The cartridge and spin-on type oil separators will be accompanied with the necessary o-rings and or gaskets for your filter change. All the air compressor separators provided by Air Compressor Services are guaranteed to fit and perform to the specifications set by the original equipment manufacturers.
