How it works:
Your Ingersoll Rand compressor draws ambient air into the air end where the two rotors quickly spin compressing the air. These rotors are constantly lubricated to ensure that they continue to spin as they were designed. This process makes a combination of compressed air and oil mist which is transferred to the separator and sump tank where the oil mist is removed through filtration leaving you with the pure compressed air you desire.A scavenge line then transfers this separated oil back to the airend where it is injected onto the rotors to repeat the process.
Meets or Exceeds OEM Specifications
Specifically designed to fit your compressor, our Ingersoll Rand 22402291 Separator Replacement offers equal to or improved performance based on stringent specifications. Because we specialize in filtration, we are able to take requirements and combine it with our knowledge of filtration to build a superior separator. Each Separator Replacement comes with the necessary gaskets which include grounding staples to prevent static static-electric fires.
Holds its shape
An Air Compressor Services Separator Replacement maintains its shape under pressure and will maintain the maximum surface area for improved performance. It's rigid construction helps maintain even pressure differentials keeping the Separator Replacement from collapsing and shutting down your compressor. Our also reinforced with steel mesh which is welded to the end caps to withstand the extreme pressure environment of an compressor.
Through superior product engineering and raw materials, our Ingersoll Rand 22402291 Separator Replacement will outlast the competition. Where other separators fail prematurely, ours will continue to keep your Ingersoll Rand compressor running smoothly. It is built with such features as steel metalwork, steel end-caps and metal to metal welding, all of which means your compressor performing better, lasting longer, and ultimately reducing your operating costs. These features are specifically designed to reduce oil carryover and produce compressed air with the least amount of oil possible. We are so confident in our 4000 hour that we offer and industry leading 1 year warranty against all manufacturers defects.
