Can I use QuinSyn Plus in reciprocating compressors?

No. QuinSyn Plus is formulated for rotary screw compressors only. Reciprocating compressors should use QuinCip 100 for standard duty or DSL 100 for long-life, high-heat operation.

How do I know when to change the oil?

Follow Quincy’s 8,000-hour or annual interval, whichever comes first. Replace sooner if oil appears dark, sludgy, or metallic. Always change air, oil, and separator filters during scheduled service to maintain efficiency.

Can I mix this oil with other types?

Mixing is not recommended. Different oil chemistries can shorten service life or reduce performance. If switching from another oil type, flush the system before refilling with QuinSyn Plus.
