ACS Named USA's #1 Place to Work in Manufacturing
Air Compressor Services was named as the #1 Best Places to Work in Manufacturing by Best Companies Group. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in the industry. The winners will be profiled in a digital publication in March 2024 and celebrated during a virtual awards ceremony on March 1, 2024.

The process consisted of an employee engagement survey measuring the employee experience in eight core focus areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training, Development and Resources, Pay and Benefits and Overall Engagement. Overall scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.

Air Compressor Services. Would a company description really benefit us? What we do is quite literally in our name. It’s who we are. I suppose we could call ourselves “Air Compressor Oil” or “Air Compressor Parts.” But why limit ourselves to mere segments of what we sell? Sure, we could tell you that in addition to servicing air compressors we also sell parts and oil. That we are a 4-time running Inc. 5000 fastest growing company in America and 2024’s #1 Place to Work in Manufacturing, but that makes for a pretty boring boilerplate. Just know that we eat sleep and breathe compressors. We are trying to stock our warehouse full of parts you need. In fact, we have added 6 warehouses just in the past 2 years to keep up with our customer demand. If we don't have it we will source it.
