ACS Places 7th on 2022 Best Places to Work List
Air Compressor Services Earns Statewide 7th Place Honors as Best Place to Work
Best Companies Group, in collaboration with SC Biz News, has announced that Air Compressor Services ranked No. 7 on the 2022 South Carolina Best Places to Work list. The ranking was announced during a celebration in Columbia, SC earlier this week.
In July, Air Compressor Services received word that they were one of 119 total winners in the state of South Carolina to earn the prestigious workplace award.
"When you have a group of people who understand the vision, and who can clearly see the value that they are bringing to the company, the sky is the limit," commented ACS founder Neal Shade. "I am so excited for this team. They have worked hard to get here."
The application process involved two questionnaires: an employer survey and an employee questionnaire. For the employee questionnaire portion, employees anonymously submitted answers for a workplace survey directly to Best Companies Group.
"The award is evidence of what we're building at ACS," said ACS Chief Operating Officer Joey Grigsby. "The progress we are making feeds our culture just like our culture reciprocally feeds the progress."
