ACS Breaks Into Top 5 of "Best Places to Work"
Air Compressor Services Receives 4th Place Honors as Best Place to Work
Best Companies Group, in collaboration with SC Biz News, has announced that Air Compressor Services (ACS) ranked No. 4 on the 2023 South Carolina Best Places to Work list. The ranking was recently announced during a celebration in Columbia, SC.
This is the second consecutive year ACS placed within the top 10 for the prestigious workplace award, with last year's rank at number 7.
"Our team believes that we are called to serve others—our families, our employees and co-workers, our customers, our community—and we strive to build success in others with every interaction," said ACS Founder Neal Shade. "I am so proud of our team for their dedication to make us better every day. This award is representative of that commitment."
The application process involved two questionnaires: an employer survey and an employee questionnaire. For the employee questionnaire portion, employees anonymously submitted answers for a workplace survey directly to Best Companies Group.

I suppose we could call ourselves “Air Compressor Oil” or “Air Compressor Parts.” But why limit ourselves to mere segments of what we sell?
